If you choose to arrange your own transport, you are responsible for collecting the ordered goods. Pickup is available at the Hoppline warehouse during opening hours, at a pre-arranged time.

Please make sure to inform Hoppline Kft. in advance about your expected arrival time so that your order can be prepared for collection.

For orders over 31 kg, we aim to calculate the most cost-effective shipping fee based on the order details (size, weight, delivery address, etc.).
For this reason, the exact shipping cost can only be determined after the order has been placed, and will be sent to you as a separate quotation.

Payment in our webshop is available exclusively via bank transfer in advance. Please do not initiate the transfer immediately after placing your order. After processing your order, our colleague will send you a proforma invoice, which includes the exact payable amount, the precise shipping cost, and all necessary bank details.

Please initiate the transfer only after receiving the proforma invoice.
